Julius Robinson

​

Julius Robinson is a nationally respected leader in community development finance, regulatory compliance, and inclusive economic growth. As President and CEO of Greenview Consulting, he partners with financial institutions, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations to design strategies that drive impact through Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) compliance, fair lending, philanthropy, organizational development, and ESG integration.

A trailblazer in banking with more than 47 years of experience, Julius has held senior executive roles including Head of Corporate Social Responsibility for the Americas at MUFG Union Bank and U.S. Bank. In these positions, he shaped and led CSR strategies across the U.S., Latin America, and Canada, while also serving as the Chief CRA Officer. Under his leadership, the bank earned four consecutive “Outstanding” CRA ratings from the OCC—an achievement that reflects both regulatory excellence and meaningful investment in underserved communities.

Julius has also spearheaded programs in Supplier Diversity, Small Business Development, and ESG, while chairing the bank’s charitable foundation. His work consistently prioritizes equity, opportunity, and the long-term vitality of historically marginalized communities.

Currently, Julius chairs the Advisory Board of Amplify Community Investment Partners, a firm committed to advancing economic opportunity across the country. He also serves or has served on the boards of Students Rising Above, the Museum of the African Diaspora, Operation HOPE, the L.A. Latino Chamber, and the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council, among others. He is a frequent speaker on issues of economic inclusion and financial equity.

Julius holds a B.A. in International Relations and Diplomacy with a minor in Economics from United States International University and has completed executive programs at Pacific Coast Banking School (University of Washington) and Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.
